We all have a right to a healthy environment, a safe climate and a meaningful say in solutions to the climate crisis.
We all want to live in a world where we don’t fear our future and our children and grandchildren can thrive for generations to come.
Right now, disadvantaged people bear the brunt of climate harm. First Nations people, young people, and people living with disabilities are some of the hardest hit by climate impacts and, at the same time, are often left out of decision making.
We represent communities who are most at risk of harm from climate change in their fight for climate justice. We advocate and litigate to hold governments and corporations to account for harming our climate and communities. And we play an integral role in the development of stronger laws to fix flaws in the justice system that drive climate injustice.
