In 2014 we embarked on a project to explore how easy it is for communities to be involved in decision-making processes about the use, management and regulation of water ecosystems in Victoria.
This report draws together ideas, views, experiences and reflections on how the governance of water resources presently works in Victoria and how it might be improved.
