On 18 April 2018 EJA lawyers Bronya Lipski and David Barnden appeared before Senate Standing Committee On Environment and Communications’ inquiry into the Clean Energy Finance Corporation Amendment (Carbon Capture and Storage) Bill. The Bill proposes to amend the legislation governing the operations of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation to allow the body to invest in carbon capture and storage projects.
