Corruption in environmental decision-making

October 12, 2017

This report, jointly released by the Australian Conservation Foundation and Environmental Justice Australia, identifies key ‘anti-corruption’ principles and sets out how these need to be applied to government decision-making on environmental approvals, planning and natural resources management. It aims to provide a basis for good governance, an antidote to corrupt conduct and a defence of public trust in environmental decision-making.

This report was submitted to the Select Committee into the Political Influence of Donations as part of ACF’s submission to that Inquiry.
