Australian power stations under fire in new report (The Wire)
Environmental Justice Australia has exposed Australian coal-fired power stations in a new report, which links pollution from the power stations to community health problems. The report also shows power stations are legally allowed to emit far greater levels of toxic pollutants than plants in the US and Europe
The report used extensive research into the plants and the testimony of industry whistle-blowers to reveal the truth about the toxic substances being emitted.
